Quiroga Law Office, PLLC is looking for an experienced litigator to join our immigration practice in Spokane, Washington.
We are especially interested in attorneys with strong backgrounds in criminal defense, prosecution, public defense, civil litigation, trial practice, federal litigation, or other courtroom-focused work.

Founded in 2009, Quiroga Law Office, PLLC is an immigration law firm built by immigrants, for immigrants. We represent individuals and families nationwide in matters involving asylum, family immigration, citizenship, removal defense, visas, waivers, green cards, federal litigation, and more.
THE ROLE
As an Immigration Litigation Attorney, you will focus primarily on legal strategy, advocacy, hearings, and client representation.
The position is mostly remote. In-person attendance is only required when needed for hearings, USCIS interviews, client meetings, or other proceedings in Spokane and nearby jurisdictions.
You will also have the support of a dedicated legal production team that assists with case preparation, documentation, filings, and case management, allowing you to focus on substantive attorney work.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Represent clients in hearings, court appearances, USCIS interviews, and other proceedings
• Develop litigation and case strategy
• Analyze facts, evidence, procedural issues, and legal risks
• Draft and review motions, briefs, pleadings, declarations, and legal memoranda
• Prepare clients and witnesses for hearings and proceedings
• Manage multiple litigation matters and deadlines
• Communicate with clients, courts, government agencies, opposing counsel, and internal teams
• Travel to Spokane-area proceedings when required
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active license in good standing in any U.S. state
• At least 2 years of post-J.D. litigation experience
• Strong courtroom, oral advocacy, legal research, and writing skills
• Experience with motions, briefs, hearings, trials, or other contested proceedings
• Ability to reliably attend in-person proceedings in Spokane and nearby jurisdictions when needed
Highly valued experience includes:
• Criminal defense or prosecution
• Public defense
• Civil or federal litigation
• Immigration court / EOIR
• USCIS matters
• BIA or appellate work
• Habeas, mandamus, or petitions for review
Prior immigration experience is highly valued, but experienced litigators from other practice areas are encouraged to apply. Immigration-specific training and ongoing professional support will be provided.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• $110,000–$140,000 annually, based on experience
